Chef Paula Rengger's  menu is classically inspired contemporary Australian, creatively interpreted, influenced by her Scottish heritage and cooked with honesty and passion.  Paula's artistic and design talent extends far from the kitchen with her own gallery of modern paintings adorning the restaurant walls.
